PRE-INVESTMENT STUDIES

We carry out feasibility studies and preparation of project reports, selection and evaluation of processes and technology.

BASIC ENGINEERING

We have a team of experienced process engineers capable to carrying out basic design of process plants from pilot plant level by close interaction with the technologists involved in process development. Basic engineering would include development of P & I Diagrams, equipment sizing, optimization and preparation of operating manuals. Particular mention must be made of processes developed by us in Extraction Systems.

DETAIL ENGINEERING

Our scope in detail engineering involves preparation of P & I diagrams, equipment specification for procurement, plot plan drawing, layout drawings, piping layout drawings and isometrics. In addition, we carry out detailed structural engineering, civil engineering work including construction drawings for civil works, tender documents, etc. Detailed civil engineering work involves preparation of single line diagram, detailed specification for MCC, cables, earthing details, etc.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We use modern techniques in project management to ensure timely and speedy execution of the projects. Our Directors who are experienced in project implementation, provide leadership and are closely associated with the co-ordination of individual projects, duly assisted by a highly motivated team of Engineers.

PROCUREMENT SERVICES

At Sundex procurement activities are carried out to achieve the most competitive prices and delivery schedules, while maintaining quality. We also have a team of Expediting Engineers and Inspectors totally committed to meeting the delivery schedules and project schedules for projects / plants of all capacity.

CONSTRUCTION & COMMISSIONING ASSISTANCE

Our Process Engineers who have adequate experience are capable of taking up challenges and can provide guidance to customer’s operating staff during start-up and troubleshooting of the plant.

TURNKEY SUPPLY OF SYSTEMS

Our company is fully equipped to take up design, supply installation and construction of even special systems as per customer’s requirements.

CONTRACTING

Plants using the Sundex Process can thus be offered from a number countries in Europe & else where. SUNDEX & TEAM GROUP are not tied up with any equipment makes and are therefore free in their selection of the most suitable Plant Equipment.

TRAINING OF LOCAL MANPOWER

Sundex clients have the unique advantage of training personnel under actual production conditions in the groups own production facilities.

It is Sundex’s commitment to train client’s personnel prior to plant commissioning so as to ensure the key personnel are familiar with the Plant and the process at time of commissioning. The Training of client’s personnel is a continuous process and they will always be kept abreast of the latest technological advances in the field.

Our project staff also instructs the customer’s operating personnel in operating and maintaining to keep the plant and it’s equipment in proper condition.
